We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
ZeroToMillions is an AI-powered startup simulation platform. You describe a business idea, and we use artificial intelligence to generate analysis reports, assemble virtual AI agent teams, and simulate startup operations including market research, product planning, and business strategy. The Platform is intended for educational, entertainment, and exploratory purposes. It is not a substitute for professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice.
To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ZeroToMillions uses a wallet-based payment system. You can fund your wallet via credit card (processed by Stripe). Wallet funds are used to pay for AI-powered features including analysis reports, team deployment, website builds, and app builds. All payments are in US dollars. Wallet balances are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices for features may change at any time. Current pricing is displayed before each action that incurs a charge. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or credit card issuer.
All content generated by the Platform — including but not limited to business analysis reports, market research, startup names, taglines, competitive analysis, AI agent outputs, website code, and app code — is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided "as is." We make no representations or warranties regarding: • The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated analysis • The commercial viability of any suggested business idea • The correctness or security of generated code • The completeness of market or competitive data You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon any AI-generated content. Do not rely on AI-generated content for critical business, financial, or legal decisions without independent professional advice.
The ZeroToMillions platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you generate through the Platform (startup ideas, analysis reports, generated code) belongs to you, subject to the following: • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your inputs to provide and improve our services • AI-generated content may not be unique to you; similar outputs may be generated for other users • You may not claim that AI-generated outputs represent human-authored professional advice
You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Submit content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' experience • Resell or redistribute Platform features without authorization • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans • Submit false payment information or engage in fraudulent transactions
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROTOMILLIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Any interruption or cessation of the Platform Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroToMillions and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) shall survive.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
